At Rising Sons, our mission has always been to ensure our customers have a true wine tasting experience including crackers, local cheeses, chocolates, as well as our wine jellies and jams. We enjoy spending time talking with our customers about our wines, and what they pair best with.
Our family owned and operated winery began with the planting of our vineyard in 1999 to opening the winery in 2012. Our sons and ourselves have spent many hours working the vineyard that is nestled in the heart of bluegrass bourbon country. We are happy to be able to offer tourists a different local alcohol product.
From starting this business in a tent in our backyard to now being full-time in our “barn-turned-into-winery”, it has been an exciting adventure. We have grown in baby steps and kept to our roots of handcrafted small batch wines. With our Italian family heritage and influence we proudly serve our delicious wines in more of a homestyle fashion that our customers really enjoy.
